Pir Panchal (CESES) organization was formed on 15th August 1995 and subsequently Registered on 29 April 1999 under Regd. No. 3258-S by J&K Govt. in order to focus the attention of our countrymen & women and all over the globe on the time less truth of events taking place and to serve the Humanity in a better way. The other activities include to give a logical sequel and practical shape to the concept of Rishis, Sages, Philosophers, persons of understanding for the promotion of culture besides safeguarding the environment and the welfare of society through different activities.
Dedicated to the service of man kind irrespective of caste color sex and Religion Pir Panchal (CESES) organization has been organizing various activities for promotion of culture, social activities health consciousness, Education to the needy and downtrodden and body fitness through Sports activities.
Registered under the societies act with Govt. of J & K and Government of India plus to various cultural groups and to the Academy of Art Cultural and languages of J & K Government.
The organization has a life long patron Smt. Veena and is headed by President Ramesh Hangloo who has Mr. Vijay Kaul as its general secretary, Mr. Avtar Bhat as its senior Vice-President, Secretary. Mr. Manoj Jad, Mr. Mukesh Thaploo, Mr. Vijay kaul, Cultural secretary, Sports secretary organizer.
The organization has a 5 members group of imminent persons as the member patron board to assist and advice patron and President time to time in promotion of culture, social activities environmental awakens sports activists health conciseness and educational activities the member are.
The organization held various cultural activities at Jammu and in other parts of the India. Major events were the celebrates of Birth anniversaries of Pt. Prem Nath Shastri the dogan of Kashmir culture. Prominent personalities little the MOS defense Mr. Haring Pathak, Padam Shree J. N. Kaul, Padam Shree R. N. Shastri and Mahant Jagdesh Muni where the honored gusts on various occasion the organization thus helped the displaced people for promotion of this age old culture of the dislocation form these hem land.
